About this list
What does net flow mean?
Bought is positive and Sold is negative. The value is the signed change in reported institutional shares, priced with the quarter's average close.
Which report quarters are included?
The filter includes completed Form 13F report quarters. The 3M, 6M, and 1Y presets include exactly the latest two, three, and five completed quarters because both quarter-end endpoints are included; a custom range includes both selected endpoints.
How is flow as % of current market cap calculated?
The displayed ratio divides net flow by the latest stored company market-cap snapshot because historical point-in-time market caps are not stored. It is current size context rather than a historical point-in-time portfolio weight.
Where does the data come from?
Holdings and changes come from SEC Form 13F filings. FMP supplies only the prices used to estimate dollar flow.
Why are some rows omitted or flagged?
Rows dominated by mergers, share conversions, security retirements, or detected filing discontinuities are omitted. Unusually large relative to the current market-cap snapshot; may reflect issuance, a new listing, or a large disclosed position change. Market cap unavailable; this flow was not eligible for size ranking.
What does buyer-seller breadth show?
The bar shows the share of disclosed manager position changes that were buys versus sells. It measures participation, not dollars or conviction; for aggregated share classes, a manager can appear once per class.
